Vixen A80M Achromatic Refractor Telescope

This is a perfect telescope for the beginner astronomer as it offers a lightweight and compact design and is supplied with accessories that enable you to get set up simply and quickly.

The A80M is an achromatic refractor with an 80mm objective lens (aperture). Its focal length is 910mm with a focal ratio of f11.4. Its light gathering is 130 times better than the human eye and it has a maximum usable magnification of 144x. Weighing less than 3kg and measuring under 1m in length it is small and light enough to be transported to your observing site for quick set up and viewing.

It includes tube rings and as with all Vixen tubes supplied by Opticron, it comes complete with Vixen’s dovetail plate allowing it to be used on any of the Vixen mounts.
