Single Polarizing Filters
Enhances contrast during planetary observation.
Also extremely Useful for solar work in conjunction with Baader Herschel Wedge Prism (B2956500V or B2956500P)
Many features, including:
- Put the Baader Solar Polarization Filter between the Baader Herschel Wedge and the eyepiece and easily adjust the brightness of the solar image.
- The 1.25" model can attach directly to 1.25" eyepieces.
- If you are using both 1.25" & 2" eyepieces, a 2" Polarization filter is recommended, along with a T2 2"-to-1.25" Adapter, such as #2408190, so that you can conveniently switch eyepieces regardless of their barrel size.
- The Baader Solar Polarization Filter achieves the optimum brightness for maximum visual contrast at any magnification.
- Planoptically polished.
Do not use this polarization filter on the Sun except as part of the Herschel Wedge chain. Immediate eye damage will result.
